How do I pay?
You can pay by card at checkout, or by EFT. If you pay by EFT, upload your proof of payment and we confirm it before packing your order.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Every price on the site is in Rand. The only amount added is delivery, which shows at checkout before you pay.
How do I choose a perfume scent?
Open the perfume, choose for her or for him, then pick a colour. Each colour is one scent.
I have a referral code. Where does it go?
Enter it at checkout, in the payment step. The distributor who sent you gets the credit for your order.
Delivery and returns
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across South Africa from Berea, Durban.
What does delivery cost?
The delivery cost shows at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get an update when your payment is confirmed, when your order is packed, when it is sent and when it is delivered.
Can I return a product?
The returns and refunds terms are being finalised and go on the returns page.
Distributors
How do I become a distributor?
Join through the person who introduced you. Pay the once-off R50 registration fee, then buy R650 of stock to activate your account. You get your own shop link and back office.
Do I need a sponsor?
Yes. If nobody introduced you, message us on 071 328 7427 and we will connect you with a distributor.
What is monthly maintenance?
Each month you buy a set amount of stock by the cut-off date to stay active. If you miss it, that month's commission and salary fall away.
Is an income guaranteed?
No. Earnings depend on the products you and your team sell.
